Survey of Fair Housing

The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that all recipients of HUD funds administer their program in accordance with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity rules and regulations. The Department of Community Affairs is the lead agency for the State's Consolidated Plan, which describes how HUD funds will be administered by state agencies. The Consolidated Plan for 2011-2015 will be submitted to HUD in May 2011. The Plan must include an Analysis of the Impediments to Fair Housing. In order to accurate portray these impediments, we would appreciate your completing this survey. The survey will provide us with a better understanding of the impediments within your community.
